Bali’s newest luxury hotspot for beachside dining takes world-class cuisine and combines it with stunning architecture. In a multi-zone space designed by architect Fredo Taffin, diners can unwind in one of two chic lobby bars or completely chill out on one of the pristine white poolside daybeds.
In the main dining spaces, bamboo has been ingeniously employed to create dividers, a tropical island bar and intricate ceiling patterning, with earthy wicker chairs and lampshades creating a natural yet elegant effect. Executive chef Stephen Moore (from Sydney’s Rockpool) has created grazing and dining menus that draw on a Mediterranean ‘food-sharing’ philosophy.
